it’s not often that two new HIGHLY anticipated foundations hot the market at almost the exact same time. But here we are! I decided to test out the Charlotte Tillbury, “Charlotte’s Beautiful Skin” foundation and the NARS Light Reflecting Advanced Skincare Foundation at the same time, to see which one looked better on my normal-to- slightly-dry skin. Although it was a close battle, in the end, I we found a winner.
